All sales are final. Due to the custom nature and limited releases of Traumatic Co™ products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

 

All orders are processed within 3 business days from the time payment is received.

For customized or personalized items, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

Once processing is complete, shipping times will begin according to the selected shipping method.
